In 2019, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council commissioned DAC Planning to support the Council in producing the CIL Charging Schedule and associated evidence. We have coordinated the production of the evidence base and draft Charging Schedule, and are supporting the implementation of CIL within the Council.
To inform the CIL Draft Charging Schedule, DAC Planning produced a Preliminary Report, which covers the approach to the CIL charging schedule, possible infrastructure projects for CIL and the infrastructure funding gap.
The Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule was published for consultation on 9th October 2020.
DAC Planning will continue to support Nuneaton and Bedworth BC in the progression and implementation of CIL through to the submission and examination stages.
DAC Planning and ARUP are working together to update the Maldon Infrastructure Delivery Plan to support the progression of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule. This includes an update to the IDP in relation to infrastructure contributions from strategic sites allocated in the Local Plan and a comprehensive update to the Infrastructure Schedule.
